CSA FREQUENLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • If you selected ‘Home Delivery’ your CSA box will be left at your front door or main entrance of your apartment complex, unless directed otherwise, on Saturdays.

    If you selected ‘On-Farm Pick-up’ when you reserved your CSA, you pick up at the Farm Store (2727 US Hwy 51, McFarland) during any of the following times:

    • Fridays | 3-6 PM

    • Saturdays | 9 AM - 6 PM

    • Sundays | 9 AM - 3 PM

    If you selected ‘Tuesday at Exact Sciences’ when reserving your CSA:

    • Tuesdays | 1:30-3:30 PM | Innovation Building

    • Tuesdays | 1:30-3:30 PM | Discovery Building

    If you selected ‘Tuesday at Superette’ when reserving your CSA:

    • Tuesdays | 3:00-8:00 PM | Superette at Mint Mark

    If you selected ‘Saturday at Bakers Place’ when reserving your CSA:

    • Saturday | After 3:00 PM | Bakers Place Garden Room

  • If you pick up your CSA box at the Vitruvian Farm Store, you can pick it up anytime on Fridays from 3-6 PM, Saturdays from 9 AM - 6 PM, or Sundays 9 AM - 3 PM. No need to come on a consistent day or time week to week.

    Pick up customers cannot switch to delivery or any other delivery location.

    CSA members who have delivery, pick up at Exact, Bakers Place, or Superette can switch to farm store pick up if we are given enough advance notice.

  • We highly encourage you to plan ahead if you will be out of town and have someone come pick up your CSA.

    But if you mistakenly miss picking up your CSA, please contact us at customerservice@vitruvianfarms.com to let us know.

    You can then come pick up your CSA box at Vitruvian Farms on Tuesday from 8am-4pm.

    Produce from any boxes still left after Tuesday will be donated.

    *This option is only available to those who signed up for Farm Pick Up and is not available to those with home delivery or delivery to a special site.

  • No. Unfortunately, we pack a specific number of boxes each week and cannot change that.

  • No, we pack all CSA boxes the same and do not offer a swap program.

  • Yes, just have them give your name at pick up.

  • 1) Visit store.vitruvianfarms.com

    2) Select your items and at checkout select “Farm Pick Up or CSA Add-on” and your CSA delivery/pick up option below.

    3) After selecting “Continue”, select “CSA Add On (for both farm pick up and delivery)”

    ***Even if you are having your CSA delivered, select “Farm pick up or CSA add-on”. This will avoid delivery fees.
